Reservation & Payment

How to Reserve

Guests may reserve the Lodge by selecting their desired dates on our booking calendar and completing the booking form. Your reservation is confirmed once full payment is received (unless a specific deposit option is offered).

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other standard methods. Payment is processed securely via our platform at the time of booking.

Deposit / Full Payment

Unless otherwise stated, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.

For longer stays or special packages, we may offer a deposit option; if so, the remaining balance must be paid by the due date (which will be clearly communicated).

Billing & Invoicing

You will receive an email confirmation and invoice immediately after payment.

If paying by instalment or staged payments, you will receive reminders for upcoming payments.


Cancellation & Refunds

Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 before arrival. After that window, a cancellation fee applies (see below).

Cancellation After Deadline

If you cancel within 7 of arrival, the full amount is non refundable. If you do not show up (“no show”), we retain the full booking amount.

Partial-Use Refund

If you check in and then depart early, refunds for unused nights may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability.

How to Cancel

To cancel, please contact us via email or your booking portal. We’ll send a cancellation confirmation once processed.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds (where applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.


Check In / Check Out

Standard Times

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early / Late Request

Requests for early check-in or late check-out can be made in advance and are subject to availability. If approved, an additional fee may apply.

Self Check In

We provide remote / self check-in. Instructions (lockbox code, keypad, or digital access) will be emailed to you the day of arrival. Please ensure your device is accessible and that you have reviewed arrival instructions.

Departure Procedure

Before you leave, please:

  • Strip used bedding and leave in a pile
  • Wash and return any used kitchenware
  • Close windows, lock doors, and turn off all lights/appliances

A final inspection will be done after check-out.


House Rules & Guest Responsibility

Maximum Occupancy

The Lodge accommodates up to 6 guests. Exceeding this is strictly prohibited unless approved in advance (additional fees may apply).

Quiet Hours

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Avoid loud music or disruptive behaviour.

No Smoking / No Vaping

Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited. Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Dispose of waste properly.

Pets

We are dog friendly. Pets must be disclosed in advance, kept off furniture, and cleaned up after. Additional fees may apply.

Safety & Care of Property

Guests are responsible for the property and contents during their stay. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged to your account.

No Illegal Activities

Engaging in illegal or unsafe activities (illicit substances, firearms, etc.) is forbidden and will result in immediate termination without refund.

Fire Safety / Open Flames

Use fire pits or fireplaces only where provided and follow all guidelines. Never leave fires unattended. Firewood and sparklers are provided with use guidelines.

Waste & Recycling

Dispose of all trash in provided bins. Recycle when possible. Do not leave food or waste outside that may attract wildlife.

Guest Behaviour

Guests must behave responsibly. We reserve the right to evict any guest for violations, with no refund issued.


Limitation of Liability

While we take your safety seriously, guests acknowledge that staying in a forested or natural location carries inherent risks (e.g., wildlife, weather). You are responsible for your own safety and personal belongings during your stay.
